Despite having fallen out of the news in recent months, the war in southern Somalia continues. RICHARD STUPART talks to journalist ADRIANE OHANESIAN about the current situation in lower Shabelle, AMISOM’s upcoming offensive to try and retake Baraawe, and the future prospects for the conflict.
